An HR professional with more than 37 years of rich & varied experience in all areas of Human Resources with a blend of experience of working in both the Public and Private Sectors of repute. Headed HR functions in different organizations, reporting to the CEO for nine years. Experience in HR is varied and diversified having worked in organizations at different stages of lifecycle viz: - startup, stable, growing & developing and also organizations growing through business restructuring.
